FUN FACT
One of the most popular things to do in Stewart is to walk the boardwalk. This boardwalk was built to imitate the old road to Hyder, Alaska. You can still see the remains of what’s left of the pillars!

Stewart, known as Canada’s most Northerly ice-free port, is situated across from Alaska's Misty Fiords National Park and at the end of the Portland Canal. Stewart is surrounded by beautiful landscape and wildlife. On this page you will find helpful information and resources to help you plan a safe and fun trip, and keep you informed while on the road.
